Directions: Take the A90 out of Edinburgh and on to the M90. At Jct.2, use the left 2 lanes to take the A823 exit to Dunfermline. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Queensferry Road/A823. Stay on the A823 and at 5th roundabout take the 3rd exit (Townhill/Kingseat) onto Holyrood Place. At the next roundabout, continue straight onto Townhill Road, then after 0.7 miles turn left to stay on Townhill Road, then after 0.2 miles turn left into Townhill Country Park, and park at Water Ski Centre.
By Bus: From Edinburgh Bus Station Gate D take the 09:15 Stagecoach X60 St. Andrews bus to Halbeath Park and Ride on the A92. Walk south-westerly along the A92 and after 700 yards follow the A92 left, then after 40 yards turn sharp right onto the A907, then after 250 yards arrive at Halbeath By-pass west-bound stop.
Take the 83 Stagecoach East bus @ 10:29 to Townhill Country Park @ 10:39
