Directions: Take the A70 out of Edinburgh and through Juniper Green and Currie and turn left at next Junction for Balerno. First turning left onto Bavelaw Road, leading onto Mansfield Road and continue for approx 1.75 miles. Turn left into Threipmuir Resevoir Car park.
By Bus: Take the No.44 Lothian Bus, 09:37 @ Leopold Place (London Road), 09:52 @ Haymarket to the terminus on Cockburn Crescent, Balerno @ 10:21, and walk to car park. (1.2 miles {30 minutes approx})
ON INN: The Grey Horse Inn, Balerno.
