Directions: Take the A701 (Peebles) out of Edinburgh and stay on this road all the way to Penicuik. After passing Tesco’s take the A766 (Carlops Road) on your right.
The Penicuik Estate car park on left half mile after leaving Penicuik.

NOTE: You can get a No.37 or 47 Lothian bus to Angle Park (2 stops after Tesco’s) in Penicuik, then walk up Carlops Road, but allow yourself plenty time.
